I’m a Christian Leader…
(And this has been a great year!)
When your team becomes better listeners, they, along with your customers, will feel comfortable to share that “crazy” idea that reveals a new horizon for your organization and industry.
Creating an inviting space to engage with diverse perspectives with honesty and humility ensures that your organization is well-positioned for sustainable growth & adaptability.
There’s a lot of conflict in our communities. When your team learns to Go Toward and Leading with Generosity, they will navigate through conflict and make your community better.
What you’re doing is important. Don’t let how your organization works through internal and external conflict erode what you’re building. Transformation forms lasting legacy.
🥱
With trust eroding between the team, factions and isolation creep in and create polarization. The team starts to disconnect from one another instead of leaning in to Go Deep. Creativity is stifled.
😫
As in-fighting and disconnection continue, everyone gets tired, especially those who are working extra to push your organization forward. This is a critical point to Get Right and engage conflict.
😵
Your contributing members will begin to leave for other opportunities as burnout is aflame. It will be harder for your team to bring in great talent because they will opt for other organizations.
😕
Conflict has rotted your organization from the inside, causing you to lose your way while erasing your legacy. But, conflict can actually be an opportunity. WayFinder trains you to transform conflict.
St. Augustine Preparatory Academy had two enriching WayFinder experiences in 2022, equipping its leadership team and then the entire staff.

…at a time when the school was navigating polarizing conversations about topics like race, sexuality, and politics. The leadership desired ways to approach these oft-avoided conversations with staff and students from a Biblical perspective and equipped 30 of their leaders with WayFinder.
…in staff meetings and classrooms, St. Augustine Prep’s leadership recognized the incredible opportunity for the entire school to have a common language around conflict and a set of formative practices. Their school realized a vision of freedom as their full staff was trained in this framework.
…St. Augustine Prep created their annual theme: Stronger Together. Central to this theme is building deeper relationships between staff, students, and parents that glorify God by leaning into conflict. Now they can deepen and enrich their mission through every divisive situation, whether a difficult conversation or a policy decision.
