I’m a Christian Leader…
(And this has been a great year!)
When your team becomes better listeners, they, along with your constituents, will feel comfortable sharing ideas that ignite new imagination for your ministry opportunities.
Create an inviting space to engage with diverse perspectives with honesty and humility to ensure that your organization is well-positioned for sustainable growth and adaptability.
Cast a Gospel-centered vision of unity for your community that teaches members to Go Toward and Lead with Generosity as they navigate disagreements in Christ-honoring ways.
Conflict transformation allows you to avoid the distractions and disruptions of division while focusing on the heart of your ministry and building a legacy measured by your impact.

…in staff meetings and classrooms, St. Augustine Prep’s leadership recognized the incredible opportunity for the entire school to have a common language around conflict and a set of formative practices. Their school realized a vision of freedom as their full staff was trained in this framework.
…St. Augustine Prep created their annual theme: Stronger Together. Central to this theme is building deeper relationships between staff, students, and parents that glorify God by leaning into conflict. Now they can deepen and enrich their mission through every divisive situation, whether a difficult conversation or a policy decision.
